SYNOPSIS:
Sara is a teenager who doesn’t understand the world in which she lives. Only Líriko, a mysterious character who sends enigmatic messages, seems to understand her. Her quest sucks her into a secret place, in a powerful adventure of life and death that few survive.

BIOGRAPHY:
Born in Madrid to a Spanish father and North American mother, Eduardo Chapero-Jackson studied Fine Arts, Literature, and Directing in New York. His three short films “Contracuerpo” (2005), “Alumbramiento” (2007), and “The End” (2008), share 150 awards garnered at festivals across the world, including Best European Short Film at the Venice Film Festival and Best Short Film from the European Film Academy. In 2009, all three were released as a trilogy in Spanish commercial cinemas, with the umbrella title “A contraluz”. “Verbo” is his first feature film.
