SYNOPSIS:
”Umbra” is a fairy tale set in the Umbrian Forest that tells the story of Vitalba, a curious little girl but with the head always in the clouds. What makes her happy is to go to the forest with his father to pick mushrooms. The long awaited day has arrived: that trip to the forest, however, is not like the others. After their arrival, in fact, Vitalba looses herself. The meeting with mysterious and magic characters will change her outlook on life and she will never be the same.

BIOGRAPHY:
Carlo Fenizi is a director and screenwriter. He graduated in Rome in Literature and Language, (La Sapienza). He studied direction at Immagina School in Florence. In Cuba, he specialized in film-making at Escuela Internacional De Cine y TV. In Spain he wrote and directed 'La luce dell'ombra' (CPM 2008); 'Effetto Paradosso' (2011, AFC's Circuito D'autore) and a tv film 'Quando si muore' (Parsifal Produzioni 2013). He received an award at the 5th International Social Commitment Award. He directed some TV commercials, videoclips and short films ('Umbra' 2015).
