SYNOPSIS:
Alfred lives in a modest family in an isolated village in the mountains. His parents have strong prejudices about immigrants, they are unhappy, bored and often ignore their son. One day, the boy runs away from home and gets lost in the forest on the way.

BIOGRAPHY:
Born in Brussels, Emanuela Ponzano is an actress and director in Cinema and Theatre. She divides her time working mainly between Rome, Paris and Brussels. In 1995, she completed her degree in Political Science at the ULB in Brussels. 'The Sled' is her second short fiction film. She is currently developing the script for her first feature.
