SYNOPSIS:
When his mother dies, five-year-old Edoni’s life changes completely. The film passes over a decade, when, at age 15, he starts work at a shoemaker’s to support himself and his drunken father.
His story shows violence, child abuse, and overloaded work, yet also a few beautiful moments with his lovely girlfriend, Riga.

BIOGRAPHY:
Born in Gjakova, Kosovo, Artan Korenica has worked as a still photographer and then continued his work as a Cinematographer in Prishtina. Working with the biggest production companies in the country he has shot shorts, music videos, commercials, TV News and more. In March 2008 he shot, co-directed and co-wrote the short film “Gjakova 726”. He directed his first short film “The Shoemaker” on August 2010, Kosovo.
