Frank Ternier is a filmmaker, editor as well as a graphic designer. "8 bullets" his previous film was selected in Cannes as part of the Directors' Fortnight and then at the Tiff (Toronto), in the AFIfest (Los Angeles) and in nearly 100 festivals around the world. Riot is his third animated film.
