SYNOPSIS:
When Julia turns forty, she looks for her present from Bill and finding nothing. She reflects on a romantic life of waiting and asking permission for what she needs. Knowing that they are not just man’s best friend, she goes out and adopts a stray dog from the pound and starts again.

BIOGRAPHY:
Pete Henderson, laureato alla Ryerson University di Toronto, ha iniziato a girare pubblicità e video musicali vincendo alcuni premi. Ha ricevuto la nomination Miglior Montaggio per il documentario “Full Fledged Vanity”; e al Saatchi’s First Cut Awards è stato nominato miglior regista esordiente per il Canada. È stato al Cannes New Director’s Showcase. Il corto “Hi Honey” è stato ufficialmente selezionato al Festival Internazionale del Cinema di Lucerna.
