SYNOPSIS:
Thanks to the perseverance of a dance master, some street children living in Ho Chi Minh City – taken by the eruptive power of HipHop – succeeded in creating a dance group, building a home, finding many brothers and a positive perspective for their future. HCMCbabyACTION was born from a chance meeting between royal.rhythm.composer and these young artists. Since a direct communication between the movie director and the crew was impossibile due to a linguistic difference, the camera becomes the interface to fix the emotions of those days.

As a child, royal.rhythm.composer began to engage the world of staging with few means at his disposal. After various experiences as director of video clips, from punk to electronic music, he arrived in 2000 with the video “Scent of India,” the prototype of an experimental video which would create the stimulating perception of audio-tactile synaesthesia. Currently his research is aimed at making videos that can create, in the viewer, the same effects of music therapy.
