SYNOPSIS:
An on-the-road comedy set on the Aspromonte mountain. It’s the story of an entrepreneur from the Brianza area (northern Italy) who ends up on the Aspromonte (southern Italy) to meet his musician brother, who’s on his summer tour, and have him sign an urgent contract. After their first meeting, his brother vanishes and the protagonist has to look for him, sure that he’s been kidnapped. Together with a detective of the Forest Ranger force, our entrepreneur begins his adventure following the leads of the kidnap cases that took place in the 1980s and encounters misunderstandings and prejudices. It’s a sort of pilgrimage to Santiago where the protagonist finds himself reflecting on human relationships and the real priorities of life.

BIOGRAPHY:
Actor in several TV serials and movies. He begins his career as director in 2003 with the short film “LEBESS not bad”, “Spazio Torino” prize winner for best movie at the Torino Film Festival 2003 together with the prize for best direction and best movie in the new authors section at Salento Finibus Terrae 2004. In 2005 he realizes his second short film “Guilty until proven innocent”, European Kodak showcase prize winner during Torino Film Festival 2005 as best Italian short film. In 2008 he realizes his third short film “Somewhere in the city” and in 2009 closes his trilogy about immigration theme with “Wax Wings”, it also awarded in many festivals.
