SINOSSI:
Giulia is a successfull screen writer who decides to leave her office and embark on a journey to solve a personal issue that is close to her heart. During the long car trip we find out that this young woman has had a difficult past, she is essentially alone and with this sudden departure she is jeopardizing everything she has accomplished in her life. All of a sudden something happens: the car seems to take control of Giulia forcing her into catastrophic and crazy actions. Giulia screams with all her strenght: “The car is alive!” Is it for real or is it her imagination? Is the car really taking control over Giulia’s actions or is she victim of her own mental illness?!

Luigi Boccia è uno scrittore italiano. Ha pubblicato alcuni romanzi come “Confessionale nero” e “La Janara”. Attualmente è il direttore di “Wired Movies”, magazine che si occupa di cinema fantasy. “Scarlett” è la sua opera prima e la sceneggiatura è tratta dal suo libro “The passenger”.
