SYNOPSIS:
Max is a professional runner, he is already 30 years old and still dreams his great international victory. He only has one goal, to win the next edition of the Rome Marathon. Max employs his days training, sweating and running for many kilometers, he is on top of his physical form but an unfortunate incident and a dishonest manager leads him to the usage of doping.
The manager is constantly searching a champion. His latest discovery is Chelimo who comes from Kenya and when he arrives in Rome he goes to live with Max. The two men get to know each other, and they find themselves at a real checkpoint: Will Max save himself from doping?

Virginio Favale was born in Velletri, a province of Rome in 1969. He attended and obtained his degree in 1990 at the Institute of Cinematography and Television Roberto Rossellini in Rome. He has worked for over twenty years as photographer and video maker, collaborating with the major international advertising agencies.
