SYNOPSIS:
Life is sweet tells Africa behind a song. It talks about the trip realized in October 2013 by Niccolò Fabi, Daniele Silvestri and Max Gazzè (Italian songwriters) in Southern Sudan with the Italian NGO Doctors with Africa CUAMM. Its a trip far from everything, to rediscover themselves and restart again. Main protagonists are the authenticity of the meeting with others and Africa, a country oppressed and crushed but beautiful, happy and able to overcome obstacles, without losing smile. Life is sweet. BIOGRAPHY:
Nicola Berti graduated from Padua in Political Sciences. He works as director and independent videomaker. He cooperates with the Italian NGO Doctors with Africa Cuamm since 2005 and with the NGO he travelled trough Angola, Ethiopia, Mozambique, Tanzania, Sierra Leone, Southern Sudan and Uganda to realize documentaries and photo reportages. In 2013, the documentary Mulheres was broadcasted by RaiUno Speciale TG1. In 2014 he directed the official videoclip Life is sweet, first song of Italian songwriters Fabi, Silvestri e Gazzè and the webdoc Life is sweet.
