SYNOPSIS:
Enzo, an underground fighter from Ostia, is a champion. Match after match, in a surreal and silent boxing ring, before the eyes of few but wealthy gamblers, he got into the good graces of Licaone, a dangerous criminal that manages the shipyard where the fights take place. BIOGRAPHY:
Ludovico di martino, class 1992, creates the web series “Roles”, that wins several prices, including the Web Award from Rome Fiction Fest in 2013. The next year he starts to study directing at Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia, where he graduates in 2016 with the short film “Pipinara”. At the same time, he creates his first feature “Il nostro ultimo”, that screens at Cinema Nuovo Sacher, in Rome, thanks to Nanni Moretti, and wins Best actor (Guglielmo Poggi) at Milano International Film Festival, and Honorary Mention at New Jersey Film Festival.
