SYNOPSIS:
1997. Tony Blair is on the road to power, Britpop is at its height and spin is the order of the day. Into the dizzy world of glamour and false promises comes Cass, a recent graduate, keen to get to the heart of the excitement. Innocent Publishing appears perfect – after all, they’re publishing an official book on Blur and Tony Blair’s autobiography. However, Cass is soon to discover that behind cool Britannia there is a much darker place that will take her to the very edge of who she thinks she is.

BIOGRAPHY:
Benjamin Bee studied at the London Film School, where his studies were funded by a full Creative Skillset bursary. He has won awards for both his directing and writing. His first film, "A Plastic Toy Dinosaur", played at over 20 film festivals and was licensed to screen on the BBC. This led Benjamin to be nominated for the BBC New Filmmaker of the Year Award in 2006. He is in pre-production on his next short film "Wheels" a 15 min comedy about family and love oh, and dogging.
