BIOGRAPHY:
Elia Bei graduated in 2012 at European Academy of Dramatic Arts with a BA in Performing Arts. He founded the artistic collective DRAO with Alessandro Lui and Nicole Calligaris and in 2015 he wrote, directed and produced his first short film Décadence, selected for national and international festivals (US, Egypt). In 2017 Bei attends the film directing class within Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia in Rome with Piero Messina, and in the same year he started working on two short films. “Il ladro di Spezie” is already in distribution while the script of “Vittoria per tutti” has been shortlisted at Los Angeles Cinefest, it obtained funding from NuovoIMAIE.
