SYNOPSIS:
It’s Mauro’s first birthday since his wife left. The two daughters, Giulia and Clara, do not agree on how to celebrate: one wants to continue the tradition of mother, the other wants to do something new. In any case, this will be the opportunity to finally tell each other the truth and find all together the lost lightness.

BIOGRAPHY:
Giuseppe Cardaci is a young director from Catania. In 2015 he shot his first short film in the U.S.A. "Carmen", using an entirely foreign cast. The short tells the story of disability in an unusual way, with great creativity and delicacy. "A family tradition" is his second short film.
