SYNOPSIS:
Melanie is 16 years old and lives on the country side. With her moped as her companion, she moves between her home in the forest and the social activities offered in the small village. Trying hard to gain respect from the grown-up world around her but hasn’t yet decided if that’s where she wants to be from now on.

BIOGRAPHY:
Lisa Meyer born 1988 in small town of Sollebrunn, Sweden, graduated from the bachelor program in film composition at Valand Academy, University of Gothenburg in june 2019.
Through her field trips around small town districts to explore young people’s relationship to living on the countryside in Sweden today, she met 15 years old Louise in a forest and decided to make a film dedicated to her.
