SYNOPSIS:
1999, Kosovo War. The refugee Adem is stopped in a Serbian checkpoint, where a paramiltary force him, his son and his nephew to go out of the car to shoot them. Adem tries to save their lives, but in the end he has to choose whom to hold in life: son or nephew?

BIOGRAPHY:
Ujkan Hysaj is a kosovan director. He studied at Prishtina University, Faculty of Arts in Kosovo. He directed and produced some shorts and documentaries, participating to many International Film Festivals like Melbourne Film Festival, Cinequest,Tampere, InterFilm ect. His last work Kolona Received numerous awards: Best International Short in Asian International Film Festival / Seoul Korea, Audience Award in Warsaw Film Festival, Best International Short in Monterrey Film Festival / Mexico.
