During the 60’s-70’s, under law number 167/62, many ambitious dwelling projects were accomplished in the suburbs of Rome, both in light of their quality and for the number of homes. The sum of various factors resulted in works of a great architectural and urban value, despite sometimes they showed problems especially where the creators had invested more interest: the creation of a new society that would benefit from a new conception of urban space. “Rome 167/62” wants to explore precisely the relation between exemplary planning that drives to the conception and execution of these urban developments and the result therein.

Kilikis…The Town Of Owls

The Town of Owls is an isolated residential community situated in the High Atlas Mountains. It is inhabited by families and guards of a secret political prison camp, which remained out of history for a long time until the early 1990s. Guards spend their long days back and forth between the secret prison and the village, through a suspension bridge built upon a deep valley that connects the village with the fortress prison. The story is about people from different places with dissimilar destinies, yet coalesced together by a common fate that makes them realise that the Town of Owls is in fact a titanic prison in which everyone, including guards and residents, are held detainees.

One day before Lucia’s First Communion, her father gives his daughter a severe beating. In the morning, Lucia puts on her white dress, but she didn’t go to church.

You take the train, Regazzoni twist it, sculpts and weld it, the old train stations become communities where we create, eat and live. King of scrap and pans Regazzoni is a truculent and exceptional artist.

ci sono più neuroni in un cervello umano che particelle nelluniverso. Ma se potessimo metterle una dietro laltra, lunica cosa che vedremmo sarebbe un piccolo fiume. Un fiume insignificante e al tempo stesso infinito. Sotto le strade di A Coruña cè un fiume dimenticato da molti ma che di tanto in tanto straripa reclamando quello che una volta era il suo corso.
