Four Scandinavian boys look straight at the camera. They are dressed in their favourite football teams’ shirts and they look serious. They have been asked to name as many FIFA players as they can remember. The boys start off quickly: “Manuel Neuer, Medhi Benatia, Jérôme Boateng, Dante…” and the list goes on. As the boys start to struggle to remember additional names the viewer understands, this is not only about the game. It is about the soul and passion of these boys.

A week before Easter a great actor disappears from the set where an historic movie is shot. A private detective comes discreetly entrusted of the fact. Since the beginning of the inquiry he has the disturbing perception to be somehow involved in the previous stories of the disappeared one. The places, among which a former factory of chocolate, where years before a child was dead in mysterious circumstances, are soaked with esoteric signs. The Man, in the spasmodic yearning of omnipotence, clashes with the proud reaction of the Nature (the Woman), not at all willing to accept his domain.

After her fathers announcement of marriage to his nurse, María feels her world is crumbling and, in a comic and clumsy way, tries to secure things in her life and find her place in the world. A deep insight into the world of a woman by a woman filmmaker that avoids any stereotypical trap showing an admirable independence of spirit that finds its match in Lennies wonderful performance.
