“The Elevator” is set in the confines of New York buildings elevator where Jack Tramell – the host of a famous TV Quiz Show – is attacked and tortured psycologically by an apparently demented woman. The woman is cynical and scientific and has studied her revenge meticulously, including the moment: a quiet evening of the Labor Day weekend. Is the woman insane or is there truth in her accusations? Is Jack guilty, or is he caught up in a deathly game not of his making? “The Elevator” is a disturbing, psychological thriller, full of a series of sudden twists and tension until the end.

World War II has just come to an end. At a center for the identification of prisoners of war, Lieutenant Antonio Graziani is being falsely accused of having ordered the execution of ten civilians.
