SYNOPSIS:
Born in 1920, Beo narrates. The hills of Montefeltro are the background where episodes of past life – fields, sharecropping, war, resistance, political militancy, emigration – and daily life – kitchen garden, bees, thoughts on the world and mankind are narrated as a tale of personal story and History. A tale of words and images speaking of humanity, dignity and resistance. An original perspective to recall a whole century, the ‘900, through an extraordinary witness.

BIOGRAPHY:
Stefano Viali, actor and director, selected by critics among Italian novelties with the show “Omaggio a Petrolini”, has partecipated in several films and television productions. Among his works: “Lotta libera” (David di Donatello and Special mention at Nastri d’Argento in 2005), “Forme” (Special mention at Nastri d’Argento in 2007), “A nurse named Laura”, “Public obscenity”. He is preparing his first feature film. Francesca Pirani, diploma as a director, degree in History and criticism of cinema, diploma as an actress at "Silvio D'Amico". She directed two feature films, “The apartment " and "A beauty that does not let go" showed at various festivals. She published the book: "Tarkovskij - The nostalgia of harmony".
