Therefore, they will be subject to constant supervision of a terrible social worker. For them it is a great joy, even if Riccardo gets into trouble by the news stating that the baby is from Sicily. However, Riccardo is even more socked when he realizes that Mario, the child, not only comes from Palermo, but he’s black!

The Vrbania bridge is the symbolic site of the Bosnian tragedy. On 5 April 1992, the longest siege in history began on that Sarajevan bridge, and one year later the destiny of Moreno “Gabriele” Locatelli was played out there. On 3 October 1993, to symbolically
break the siege on the city, four activists of “Blessed are the Peacemakers” decided to cross the bridge, which was contested by all the warring military forces. Even though he was against this suicidal demonstration, Locatelli joined them to help with anyone wounded during the enterprise, which he believed to be a trap. The one who was shot and abandoned by his companions to end up bleeding to death on the bridge was none other than himself, Moreno “Gabriele” Locatelli, reluctant hero-to-be, because of his passion for others, for the weaker, even in Italy’s own infernos of Corleone and Scampia.
This event, at first sight minor if compared to the devastating background of the cruellest bloodiest conflict in Europe since the Second World War, had more to reveal: a maze of nefarious interests that prosper on falsification and crime involving the current leaders of the Republic of Bosnia, protected by an international smokescreen of hypocrisy and lies.

The story unfolds in chronological order, with an attempt to rebuild the life and work of Franco Indovina with philological rigor and human empathy, while it has never before starred in retrospective studies and specialty. Interviews beside other materials will be interspersed with segments of fiction to reconstruct a short period.
