Novica, a young Belgrade high school math champ, gets seduced into the world of skinheads by their charismatic leader Relja. Novica joins the gang of racist skinheads in an attempt to overcome his geek status in school but soon enough he is involbed into the world of racism, violence and hooliganism, the skinhead movement takes him over and eventually he starts climbing up the ladder in the skinhead hierarchy.

Through a narrative that appears in disorder, which jumps from the past to the future, using flash backs and flash forwards, the film narrates the restless path of two brothers: Marco and Filippo. Even if they have different characters their liaison is very strong. Marco is very extroverted and ambitious, he goes to college but suddenly he gets involved in a criminal situation that cannot control. Filippo is the younger, sensitive and introverted, loves writing short stories that he usually reads to his friends during the weekends in his family country house. Marco meets Christian, an elegant young man, that hides under a business man surface a criminal organization. Marco’s existence will slowly change to the point that he will loose control of his life and all the people he loves.

An uncommon inquiry on the Italian job market from the point of view of the streets. A bold, personal challenge: a sandwich-man asking everybody he meets for a job. The people react in many ways, sometimes comic, sometimes bitter; the film hints at a deeper understanding of unemployment issues and the modern Italian job market.
