SYNOPSIS:
A witty comedy on sex before, during, and after kids. Sex or something similar to sex, that practically has nothing to do with sex, and ends up being quite its opposite something swift, clumsy, and even grotesque always on the verge of failure. And not because the organs fall short (ops), but simply because a tiny little terrorist day after day scientifically pickaxes the couples harmony and solidness, constantly and irreparably flaking the grounds of the couples meaning and existence

Alessandro Colizzi, Rome, 1962. "Crushed Lives-Sex or Kids?" is his third feature film (Cinequest Film Festival San Jose CA, Official Selection; Uruguay International Film Festival, Panorama; WorldFest Houston Official Selection (Remi Winner). His first one Lospite participated at Festival of Berlin - International Forum of New Cinema; Festival des Films du Monde, Montréal; and several others all over Europe. His second one, "Fino a farti male", partecipated at Fort Lauderdale International Film Festival; Starz Denver Film Festival; Dublin Gay & Lesbian International Film Festival. The digital shooting freely based on the theatrical play by Mike Cullen Anna Weiss was presented at the Mostra Internazionale del Cinema di Venezia - Nuovi Territori. His documentary "Tutte le donne di Fassbinder" was presented at the 1999 Workshop Lisbon Doc Conference. He wrote two novels: Il corpo di mia madre (Marsilio 2005), Le parole mancate (Marsilio 2013).
